Providers

McLaughlin Young is always looking for talented, experienced clinicians to join our provider network. We require the following qualifications:

Five years of post-graduate experience in mental health-related field
Master's degree or above
Clinically licensed in state of practice
No current pending malpractice litigation
Working knowledge of EAP programming or training in delivery of brief therapy/solution-focused therapy

To ensure our clients receive the agreed upon services, McLaughlin Young asks providers to adhere to these requirements.
