Member organizations have the unique opportunity to offer support and counseling through MYgroup’s Member Assistance Program (MAP). By offering this resource, the organization can address industry-specific issues that may affect the membership. Available 24/7/365, our qualified clinicians provide an array of confidential, short-term therapeutic services.

Assessment and Counseling
Help is available 24/7/365 through our toll-free number. When members and family members call us, they are offered a face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic counseling session in which a thorough assessment can be conducted by a licensed, experienced clinician in their area.

Consultation
Member organizations have access to unlimited telephonic consultations when sensitive issues arise, providing a professional resource for members to consult while reducing your organization’s liability.

Critical Incident Response
Our staff is trained and experienced to provide an immediate response when a crisis event impacts a member organization. Our approach includes proactively educating managers and providing coaching in-the-moment. We also partner with the leadership of the organization to facilitate and execute the most appropriate response given to the organization, the employee population, and the event itself.
